Job summary

Kishwaukee College seeks a Student Involvement Assistant to greet students with club inquiries and support events on campus and virtually. You will collaborate with the Director of Student Involvement and the Coordinator of Student Activities, and act as a liaison between club officers and staff.

You will assist in managing the campus food pantry, support intramural events, and create reports and flyers as requested.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 hours for Fall 2025 semester.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products.
• Good customer service skills, both in person and on telephone.
• Ability to work in a confidential environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet students who have questions about clubs and organizations.
• Work closely with Director Student Involvement and Coordinator Student Activities.
• Assist with on campus and virtual event planning.
• Be a liaison between club officers and Student Involvement staff.
• Assist in managing food pantry on campus with Student Involvement staff.
• Assist with intramural events on campus.
• Create reports, flyers and complete research as requested.
