Responsibilities

• Game Room Operations (Daily Oversight): Oversee daily Game Room operations and provide welcoming, inclusive service to students, faculty, staff and visitors.
• Administrative Support: Answer phones, respond to emails, filing, data entry, and manage records and inventory; assist with budgeting and purchasing.
• Event & Program Support: Assist with planning and executing events, student engagement, and leadership programs; support marketing and outreach.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling student information and sensitive matters.
• Read and respond to all College email communications in a timely manner.
