• 2 years of event coordination, customer service, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, coordination, and execution of student events and activities.
• Coordinate communications, budgeting, planning, and marketing for events.
• Liaise with departments for AV, catering, facilities support, and logistics.
• Manage student club information, reimbursements, and expense reports.
• Support orientation, White Coat Ceremony, and Commencement events.
• Prepare reports on events and outcomes; preserve documentation.
