Aurora University seeks a dynamic Internship Search & Student Support Coordinator to help students secure internships for academic credit and career readiness. You will provide direct coaching, coordinate internships, and monitor communications among students, site supervisors, and faculty instructors.

Responsibilities include managing internship opportunities, leveraging Handshake, and collaborating with academic and career services to ensure high-quality experiences and outcomes for students.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in training and development, relationship management, or related internship and career development fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist undergraduate and graduate students in securing internships for academic credit and career preparation.
• Provide direct student support through one-on-one meetings to encourage experiential learning and internship search assistance.
• Monitor communication between student interns, site supervisors, and faculty internship instructors.
