Job summary

The role includes liaising with academic departments, maintaining the internship database and participating in special projects.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one and group career advising to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni.
• Plan and coordinate Career Planning Milestones, resume/cover letter reviews, mock interviews, and career exploration activities.
• Assist in organizing Career Fairs and other networking events and track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advising - coach students in career planning and graduate school preparation.
• Liaison - connect with academic departments to promote services and address student needs.
• Database Management - manage internship approvals and the internship/shadowing database.
• Special Projects - contribute to outreach marketing and assessment initiatives.
• Other - support institutional and departmental initiatives as needed.
