Job summary

The Eight Eleven Group is seeking a recruiting professional to identify and screen internal candidates for our growing offices across 30+ markets. You will source prospects, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews while presenting opportunities to candidates.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree and reside in the Indianapolis area; travel to designated offices and universities may be required during peak seasons. Compensation includes salary, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related major is required.
• Must live in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews and informational calls to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and move quickly to keep hiring process on track.
• Act as a point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Travel to designated office locations and universities may be required during peak recruiting seasons.
