Job summary

Stephens College is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of campus facilities. This position involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs primarily related to HVAC systems, while also assisting with plumbing and mechanical tasks.

The ideal candidate will work independently, support events and emergencies, and have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance. The role offers an attractive benefits package, including health insurance and tuition waivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC or mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification (required or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience with Building Automation Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems.
• Assist with plumbing repairs and other mechanical projects.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
