Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and refrigeration.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace components to restore operations.
• Maintain Freon logs, PM databases and inventory records; use work order system.
• Utilize web-based HVAC control systems and electronic blueprints/diagrams.
• Assist with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry and painting as needed.
• Support setup, break down and clean-up for campus events.
