This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units in all campus buildings. Assists with other general maintenance as required.**Primary Duties:*** Corrective and preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment/systems (including refrigeration). Troubleshooting, piece/part and/or complete unit replacement as required to restore systems.
