Casper College is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician I to perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across campus facilities, including installation and troubleshooting of controls and equipment. The role reports to the Building Maintenance Supervisor and requires adherence to safety and code standards.

The position offers a standard workday 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., with potential overtime, call-back pay, and shift differentials based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant HVAC/plumbing/heating repair experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems including rooftop units.
• Install and calibrate controls, thermostats, and related equipment.
• Maintain records of materials, labor, and inventory for college HVAC assets.
• Ensure safety compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Respond to emergency repairs and coordinate with supervisor as needed.
