Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractors License required.
• OSHA 10 training preferred; 5 years total work experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and distribution systems across campus.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for planning and installation.
• Operate and repair laboratory equipment connected to HVAC systems.
• Maintain records and write reports using the management system and stock room.
• Drive a University Vehicle and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and campus staff.
