Phillips Exeter Academy seeks a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Technician to operate and maintain campus HVAC systems. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting controls, and installing and servicing Building Automation and energy management systems.

A strong focus on safety, reliability, and collaboration with plumbers, electricians, and other trades is essential.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in HVAC technology or related field is preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
• NH Service Gas Technician license required.

• Operate and maintain computerized, microprocessor, electronic and pneumatic based controls to ensure safe, comfortable indoor environment.
• Monitor control systems performance; analyze, troubleshoot and perform repairs/modifications.
• Lead and perform installation, repair and preventive maintenance on campus HVAC equipment and steam distribution.
