Job summary

Asset Living in College Station, TX is seeking a Resident Director to oversee leasing, resident relations, and marketing at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to support students and the academic mission.

You will lead the leasing team, implement retention programs, supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain property operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred or housing-industry experience.
• On-site software skills and basic computer literacy.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Ensure leasing techniques achieve closures and accurate documentation
• Audit lease files for policy adherence
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
