American Campus Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Manager for The Callaway House in College Station, TX. This senior-role leads the property team, overseeing leasing, marketing and administrative operations, with accountability for recruiting, hiring and training to sustain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of leadership experience in student or multi-family housing, or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.
• Skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, and a combination of business and student development skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated leadership.
• Experience with resident relations and site operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise office team and community staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences across leasing, marketing and admin operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports to meet leasing and marketing objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with HR on compensation adjustments for direct reports.
• Ensure leasing/marketing/admin efforts meet company standards; serve as lease executor when needed.
• Direct marketing efforts and auditing of website for accuracy and visual standards.
• Collect resident feedback and survey results; create action plans for improvement.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, deposits/invoices, package management, incident reports, postings and contracts.
• Partner with Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and budget performance.
• Own property financials, including purchasing and budget performance.
• Communicate with university partners; represent ACC at resident functions and events.
• Oversee rent collection and eviction processes in partnership with centralized services.
• Resolve resident conflicts and maintain key control oversight.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
