Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing real estate firm providing property management and services nationwide. The Resident Advisor role oversees leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to ensure student residents have a conducive living environment.

Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or housing industry experience. On-site software skills and Fair Housing/OSHA knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year in housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and renewal activities to achieve occupancy targets.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations with the Community Manager.
• Maintain property standards and manage service requests promptly.
• Assist in supervising on-site staff and enforcing company policies.
