Job summary

Asset Living in College Station is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will greet prospective residents, tour the community, qualify applicants, present options, and sign leases while maintaining accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.

Regular onsite attendance and customer service excellence are expected. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and resident retention programs.
