North Central Missouri College in Savannah, MO seeks a student worker to staff the help/information desk at the Mosaic Life-care Commons on the Savannah Campus. The role requires excellent interpersonal and written communication to connect patrons with services and assist campus departments with general office duties.

As a federally funded work-study position, the student will support the Resource Center and coordinate with Admissions, the Dean, and Tutoring Center, while maintaining calendar

Formación

• Must be Federal Work Study (FWS) eligible.
• NCMC student with knowledge of Savannah Campus.

Responsabilidades

• Staff the information desk and answer general questions about NCMC and directions.
• Be on time as scheduled.
• Update Calendar of Events.
• Maintain contact with Savannah Campus Admissions, Dean, and Tutoring Center Coordinator.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons, students, and NCMC faculty/staff.
• Perform record-keeping and resource maintenance duties.
• All other duties as assigned.
