Job summary

The ambassador should be knowledgeable about all campus programs and support services and will report to the Assistant Director of the Savannah Campus.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 2-hour blocks.
• Attend training sessions.
• Know Savannah campus programs and support services.
• Relate to a wide range of people and build relationships quickly.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Troubleshoot and be agile.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Record, photocopy, and scan documents.
• Run errands and distribute items campus-wide, delivering excellent customer service.
