Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in groundskeeping or similar outdoor work preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, mulch, and maintain lawns and planted areas.
• Operate grounds keeping equipment and tools and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain irrigation systems and equipment; keep logs and reports as required.
• Paint, light carpentry, and minor repairs to facilities as directed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of grounds and walkways.
