Job summary

Qualifications

• Past experience in groundskeeping or similar service role.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work outdoors and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, fertilizing, mulching.
• Inspect plant materials for pests and disease; transplant and prune as needed.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems; keep logs of watering and chemical use.
• Perform painting and minor building repairs; assist with campus maintenance.
