Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT credentials if requested.
• Ability to pass a background check and driving credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, load trucks and remove debris.
• Safely operate campus maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Winter snow plow and snow blower operations as assigned.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and safety training.
• Maintain equipment and report issues to supervisor.
