Job summary

TUBA CITY UNIFIED SCHOOLDISTRICT #15 seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the district grounds and related equipment. Immediate starting date with responsibilities including trimming trees, maintaining playing fields, planting landscapes, and repairing irrigation components.

Knowledge of safety procedures, ability to read instructions, and a valid Arizona driver's license are required. This is a full-time position within the Human Resources department, reporting to the Manager of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid AZ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of district facilities and grounds keeping equipment.
• Trim trees and shrubs using chain saws.
• Maintain playing fields and lawn areas.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems and mark fields.
