Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance in hospitals/schools/large facilities.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on 120/277V systems.
• Repair lighting, switches, receptacles, and diffusers.
• Repair and maintain plumbing in restrooms, labs, kitchens.
• Maintain and replace doors, hardware, and ceilings.
• Respond to elevator trouble calls and troubleshoot.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain daily logs.
• Interact with customers and students; work in teams.
