Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance for 120/277V systems: lighting, ballasts, switches, receptacles, diffusers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using multi-meters and circuit tracers.
• Plumbing maintenance in restrooms, labs, kitchens, and related fixtures.
• Carpentry maintenance: doors, frames, hardware, ceilings, flooring.
• Assist with elevator troubleshooting and maintain daily logs and records.
