Job summary

Missouri Western Athletics is seeking a Game Day Operations Assistant to support home events and 2026-2027 schedules. This student role offers hands-on experience in game day operations across preparation, ticketing, promotions, and event execution.

The incumbent will assist with statistics, scoreboard, and athletic communications as needed, while maintaining a positive, energetic presence during events.

Qualifications

• MoWest student pursuing a degree.
• Degree seeking with minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Enrolled at least part-time (minimum 6 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist with game day preparation
• Assist with game day ticket operations
• Assist with in-game experience, promotions and sponsorship fulfillment
• Assist with the execution of special event activities
• Assist with sports information as assigned (stats, scoreboard)
• Assist with other duties as assigned
