Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foodservice or hospitality supervisory management experience.
• Associate degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or similar field preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced college dining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Roanoke College's Cavern operations and guest services.
• Procure food and supplies, manage inventory, and maintain facilities.
• Train staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and ensure policy compliance.
• Schedule shifts, manage timecards, and supervise opening/closing operations.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and development of staff and student workers.
