Qualifications

• 2+ years of foodservice or hospitality supervisory management experience.
• Associate degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or similar field preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced college dining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Roanoke College's Cavern operations, ensuring guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
• Procure food and supplies, rotate inventory, maintain facilities in good order.
• Train and supervise staff, including scheduling, timecards, and payroll accuracy.
