Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities of food-service employees to ensure quality service.
• Supervises food preparation and service in accordance with standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer inquiries and concerns in person and via email.
• Trains staff and assigns tasks to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports including inventory, payroll and timekeeping.
