Schedule includes weekdays and Saturdays, with ongoing applications. Join the campus team to provide quality customer service, supervise meals, train staff, manage orders and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Food service supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work of employees.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules and expedites workflow.
• Keeps daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Responsible for cash handling per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Directs sanitation and safety of facility and employees.
• Develops sanitation schedule and ensures adherence.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Helps select and orient employees; oversees staff training.
