Responsibilities

• Builds emotional connection with Guests through Food, Service & Ambiance.
• Provides courteous and hospitable greetings and quality service.
• Provides information regarding the menu and handles guest questions and complaints effectively.
• Monitors food quality and provides feedback to the Manager, Assistant Manager, and/or Cook.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary store environment in compliance with standards.
• Cleans all areas of the store and follows safety procedures for chemicals.
• Upholds high Operations Standards and presents fresh, quality food.
• Operates kitchen equipment following safety guidelines and stores items properly.
