Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Food Service Director in Savannah, GA, onsite at Georgia Southern Armstrong University. A sign-on bonus of 1,500 is offered, with payout across 90 days and six months.

You will lead a talented team, manage all dining operations, and ensure safety and service excellence in a college campus setting. The role requires coordinating food service operations, hiring and training staff, maintaining standards, budgeting, and collaborating with the district and other

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong client service focus.
• Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budget for the department and manage purchasing and forecasts.
• Coordinate with district managers on dining service operations.
