Qualifications

• Experience working and preparing food in a restaurant, commercial, or institutional facility.
• Experience with operating standard kitchen equipment.
• Ability to complete and maintain Food Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality food products and may include short-order cooking and beverages.
• Operate the POS system and process meals, cash, and cards accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure sanitation and safety throughout shifts.
• Monitor food safety, temperature logs, and avoid cross-contamination.
