Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, commercial, or institutional food service.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to complete Texas Food Handler Safety training.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks per recipes.
• Set up, stock, and clean serving areas during service.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge to ensure quality.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Restock and maintain supplies and sanitation.
