CT State Community College is seeking a Skilled Maintainer to perform building and equipment maintenance at the Three Rivers Campus in Norwich, CT. The role requires experience in trades, grounds care, and operating heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in one of the skilled trades or related fields.
• Grounds maintenance or operation of large vehicles is acceptable experience.
• Graduation from a vocational/technical school may substitute for general experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and equipment maintenance and operate heavy trucks or complex motorized equipment.
• Provide grounds care and landscaping functions as needed.
• Assist qualified craft workers and other higher level employees in trades areas.
