Job summary

Bucks County Community College is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across campus. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and success criteria while coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of project management experience in complex environments; PMP/ CCM/ LEED AP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, CEFP, PE, or RA are preferred.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, government, or complex institutional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facilities projects from initiation through closeout.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, procurement strategies, risk assessments, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and address schedule, budget, or performance issues.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and testing agencies.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, regulatory requirements, and institutional standards.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and status reports to leadership.
