Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management seeks a Manager – Facilities Operations to oversee maintenance, cleaning, and custodial services across seven buildings at South Campus Commons, University of Maryland, serving 2,195 residents. Lead a Facilities team of about 20 staff, providing training, supervision, and performance feedback.

The role develops preventive maintenance programs, manages work orders and safety compliance, coordinates with internal partners and external vendors, and ensures accurate

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with residents, staff, and campus partners.
• Experience leading facilities teams and managing budgets or data reporting.
• Onsite attendance Monday–Friday; flexibility for peak periods and after-hours events.
