Job summary

Lone Star College seeks a Manager, Campus Property Services to oversee daily operations for building maintenance, custodial, and grounds. This leader directs department activities, implements processes, and analyzes reports to optimize schedules and resolve issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience, supervisory background, and knowledge of CMMS and safety standards. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for building maintenance, custodial, and grounds.
• Lead and coordinate department activities and scheduling.
• Manage service contracts with external vendors.
• Prepare operational reports using CMMS, BAS, and utility tracking tools.
• Recruit, train, and manage teams.
