Job summary

Lone Star College-CyFair is seeking a Manager, Campus Property Services to oversee daily operations across building maintenance, custodial, and grounds. You will lead a teams, coordinate schedules, and implement SOPs to ensure efficient, safe campus operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of facilities leadership experience, with preference for supervisory expertise and strong knowledge of safety and building codes. This position is based on-site in Cypress, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of facilities leadership experience.
• Experience supervising custodial, grounds, and maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of building operations and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for building maintenance, custodial and grounds.
• Direct and coordinate department activities and schedules.
• Develop SOPs and implement process improvements across operations.
• Monitor CMMS, manage inventory and energy conservation programs.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; manage vendor contracts.
• Provide operational performance reports and ensure safety compliance.
