Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inspection schedule for buildings and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment, systems, and structures as needed.
• Implement preventative maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Oversee HVAC, heating, plumbing, and other building systems for safe operation.
• Plan routine maintenance and coordinate timely repairs to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure standards and compliance.
• Perform maintenance including landscaping, painting, carpentry, and related tasks.
• Assist with budgeting for the maintenance department.
• Maintain inventory records for tools and supplies and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with DOSA and contractors for approved work on facility projects.
