• Demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communications skills.

• Collaborate with University resources to maintain architectural intent of buildings.
• Direct space utilization to meet school needs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and with available resources.
• Review and approve upgrades to building systems to keep pace with technology.
• Oversee staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of tasks.
• Respond 24/7 to emergencies affecting the School of Business facilities.
