• Experience managing custodial and maintenance for a facility.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Certifications: N/A

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of campus buildings, grounds and general services.
• Leads and develops staff to ensure safe, efficient, cost‑effective performance.
• Manages budgets and expenditures for assigned areas.
• Develops Preventative Maintenance Plans and coordinates capital projects.
• Coordinates with university leadership to meet facilities objectives.
