HES Facilities in Albany, GA is seeking a Director of Facility Services (Operations) to lead campus maintenance, custodial and grounds programs. The role oversees building and grounds upkeep, safety standards, and service contracts to support student and staff facilities.
The position requires 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, strong leadership, and strategic planning skills. It is a full-time, 1st/2nd shift role with daily operations on university campuses.

Must have experience managing custodial and maintenance for a facility.
Under limited supervision, the Facilities Manager is the overall manager of programs and personnel related to the maintenance of campus buildings. The Facilities Manager is accountable for and has oversight of the functional and aesthetic maintenance and upkeep of campus facilities and plant operations. The scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to: administrative and academic buildings; residence halls; mechanical/electrical equipment and systems; infrastructure; custodial services; transportation equipment; and related capital and non-capital projects as may be needed in support of the mission of the University.
