Responsibilities

• Oversee the Physical Plant Department for planning, budgeting, and coordinating facilities maintenance.
• Manage day/evening maintenance at all campus sites and guide clerical staff.
• Ensure compliance with city/state/federal regulations related to safety and codes.
• Coordinate repairs, equipment replacement, and energy conservation initiatives.
