Job summary

The Building Maintenance Lead at Reynolds Downtown Campus is responsible for a safe, reliable and efficient infrastructure, promoting maintenance best practices and safety standards. The role acts as a technical resource for the maintenance team.

It performs inspection, repair, troubleshooting, testing and installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and structural systems, supports preventive maintenance and campus projects, and participates in after-hours tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; driver’s license required.
• 4+ years of building maintenance experience preferred.
• 4+ years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Journeyman electrical, HVAC, or plumbing license is highly recommended.
• Leadership experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Assist with complex repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in after-hours calls and call-back program.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Maintain records for inspections, maintenance, and compliance.
