Cascadia Senior Living is seeking a Campus Maintenance Director to lead maintenance operations at Fieldstone OrchardWest, Yakima, WA. The role oversees preventive maintenance, safety, and repairs to ensure a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance with budgeting experience, strong leadership, and ability to manage emergencies and on-call duties. On-site role with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• 3–5 years related experience in electrical, plumbing or carpentry maintenance.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal safety regulations for building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform routine and preventive maintenance for campus facilities.
• Oversee repairs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare apartments and refurbish units between moves.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and safety procedures.
