Fieldstone OrchardWest in Yakima, WA is seeking a Campus Maintenance Director to oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance for the campus, including fire systems and emergency equipment testing.

This role requires 3–5 years in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to lead maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and respond to emergencies, including on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• 3-5 years related experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all campus maintenance tasks.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage repairs.
• Oversee grounds and interior upkeep, including cleaning and painting.
• Maintain safety and compliance with NFPA standards.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish after move-out.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; manage on-call emergencies.
