Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop floors in offices, toilets, and corridors.
• Clean washbasins and toilet facilities; wash walls by hand or machine.
• Scrub and wax floors; hand-scrub stairs and landings.
• Empty waste baskets and dispose of refuse; vacuum rugs and upholstery.
• Dust window coverings, furniture, and mirrors; clean lighting fixtures.
• Replenish bathroom supplies; sweep sidewalks and remove snow as needed.
• Replace bulbs and fuses; assist with moving furniture and watch duties.
• Report broken equipment and observe safety and environmental health precautions.
