Job summary

Montserrat seeks a Facilities Crew member to support campus operations, upkeep, and improvement. Responsibilities include painting, landscaping, furniture movement, cleaning, and assisting with maintenance projects. Training on equipment and safety is provided, with all tools supplied.

Work 5 hours per week during Spring 2027, at $15.00 per hour, under supervision of the Facilities Director. Prior experience is not required, but reliability and teamwork are valued for a safe, functional campus

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs or more and perform physical tasks safely.
• Work outdoors in warm and varying weather conditions.
• Follow all standard safety codes and practices.
• Attention to detail and willingness to assist with inventory and data collection.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Paint campus buildings and grounds during shifts.
• Landscape, move furniture, and maintain cleanliness of spaces.
• Support maintenance, construction, and campus improvement projects.
• Organize supplies, track inventory, and assist with data collection.
