Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, inclusive frontline service to students and visitors across in-person, phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Assist students with admissions, registration, financial aid basics, and general campus wayfinding.
• Offer triage and referrals to campus and community resources.
• Support campus operations and maintain welcoming spaces.
