Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer the phone; screen and direct calls; take messages.
• Maintain campus check-in/check-out listing.
• Provide engaging campus tours to admissions prospects.
• Set up remote meetings and process payments when necessary.
• Maintain conference rooms, testing areas, and shared spaces.
• Update admissions forms and conference schedules; update phone extensions.
• Assist admissions prospects with EP portals and proctoring assessments.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and catering for meetings and events.
• Sort and distribute mail; manage supplies and postage.
